bath and body products

Does aroma therapy work? Can a scent or a smell really energize or invigorate?

Well, I know that when I first get up and plod my way to the shower in the morning, it makes a tremendous difference to me what the bath and body products smell like. I mean, if they smell like some kind of medicine, it does nothing to energize me at all.

However, if the bath and body products have a lively, fresh fragrance, they really perk me up--it gets me fired up and ready to meet the morning. I've also found that it helps to rotate through a wide variety of scents and fragrances throughout the year--it's a good thing to have variety, as your sense of smell quickly becomes accustomed to the same scent over and over again.

So, wake up your senses on a regular basis. Get a variety of perky fragrances as part of your bath and body products collection. Don't be afraid to experiment and try new scents. In fact, if you've never tried grapefruit, you'll be surprised at how refreshing it can be. And, if you're in more of a relaxed mood, and don't need as much energy, strawberry essence is very comforting.

Whatever your choice (positive energy or calming energy), give bath and body products the opportunity to energize yourself at the beginning, or at the end of your day.
