By far, Bath and Body products are superior to most places in their quality and their value. In fact, just for Christmas and the holidays, I got my mom a neckwrap that you can wet and heat for nine bucks, a robe and slippers to match for another forty bucks and the whole thing cost me nothing compared to what I would have paid at a retail store like Dillard's or Macy's. The stuff was all pink and fluffy - a great style for mom - and she loved every bit of it. Check their stores for more details on sales, but overall you can find some great stuff.
